Very surprised it was so run down not what I was expecting staff was very nice but overall stained sheets carpet it smelled the curtain wouldnât shut all the way electrical was off heard ticking noise all night had to push button on wall for air or heat to reset outlet free breakfast donât eat it! Itâs sad to say because staff was very nice and accommodating
If your looking for a comfortable place to stay during your visit ,this is not it. The armchair in the room was very hard to sit on, ,the computer chair was no better, no padding in seat,, you could feel the screws in the seat infact we had to put a pillow on it to be able to sit on it. The heater in room wasn't working, we finally found out it had tripped the switch, and when we got it working it was so noisy , it kept waking us up during the night. Then to top it off most of the screws were missing in the bathroom door so you had to lift the door to close it. We have stayed at alot of Quality Inns in the past but have never had an experience as bad as this one. Will not be recommending this Quality Inn to anyone.
Offered all of the amenities that I needed. Very friendly reception. If this hotel were pet friendly, it would most definitely be my first choice, as I do a lot of one-night stays on Cape Cod.
The staff very friendly and very polite. He knew when I arrived and call us by our last name. I loved that! Made me feel good and he explained the areas and beverages available.
The room was clean and cosy!
Checking in was rather bland. Not much of a friendly welcome. No advising us of where the restaurant was, where the pool was and hours, when the continental breakfast lwas or is and what if any wifi available. The cheap plexiglass partition at check-in is a real put off and it's hard to hear anything. Im not sure why my license has to be mechanically scanned at check-in?
The room was fine. The heat was off when we got there, so room was cold. TV could be larger. We were accommodated with a ground floor room after asking. No elevators is a bit of a hassle with luggage.
We had an amazing stay. Absolutely loved the restaurant attached, affordable and convenient.
The best part of the experience was the hotel front desk staff. Welcoming and helpful
The room was fine except that the heater thermostat was broken. I had to get up every hour to turn the heater on and off repeatedly. As it was in the teens the night we stayed, it was kind of important to have a functioning heater. We really enjoyed the Bridge View Grill which is attached to the hotel.
Lisa, James, William and Julie were all outstanding in service and hospitality. We will definitely stay here again because we were treated like royalty. Compliments to the chef for going above and beyond making our special order grilled sword fish...mmmm good...and the red wine hit the spot!!!
Check in took longer than due to receptionist having an issue with someone on the phone,Hotel looked much better than the last time we stayed, drain in bathtub did not hold water for childrenâs bath, mattresses were comfortable but awkward as they slide on metal frame, pool & hot tub tile need a good cleaning
