In the beginning, we really think the hotel is good. BUT after I made a booking mistake, we regret to say that.
Here’s the story, in the beginning we booked 2 nights there, and than we decided to book one more night, but accidentally I booked the wrong date, we immediately went to the counter ask the employe of the hotel, the woman told us it’s find they’ll give us free cancellation, but we need to contact Hotels.com first, and than they’ll tell hotels.com that they will give us free cancellation.
So we booked one more night with the right date. Before we left the hotel, we asked the employ of the hotel about this situation(with another man employe) he gave us the same answer which is they’ll give us free cancellation. When we no longer in Budapest, I received an e-mail from hotels.com, hotels.com reply me that the hotel refuse to give us free cancellation. So I Call them straight away, I talked to another employe of the hotel about the whole story, and again he said that he checked the e-mail, his colleague answer yes to Hotels.com that they’ll give us free cancellation. So now what we need to do is contact Hotels.com AGAIN. It’s been 7 days still didn’t received FREE CANCELLATION.
