Hotel is centrally located near CIvil Rights sites such as 16th Street Church and Civil Rights Institute. HOWEVER no matter how much AC ran it never cooled below 76-75 degrees. And with humidity it was a hot 76! We were s without much AC..Othees were azaking for other rooms No minifridge , microwave or place to hang clothes..Room was nice otherwise and staff friendlyhotel .
Really enjoyed my stay at the Redmont in Birmingham! The service was impeccable from the valet to the front desk and everyone at the restaurant. Beautiful historic hotel with updated amenities! Amazing view from the rooftop bar!
Overall the hotel was fine but seemed overpriced for what they offered. There was no fridge in the room and the breakfast was mediocre. I appreciate the kind staff though.
I was a little disappointed in the hotel. Their âgymâ doesnât match the photos and has little equipment. The room was humid and wouldnât really cool down. The shower water would never get truly hot. They also said there was room service and dining but there was no way to look at a menu. Also the WiFi provided did not exist as a network option. Just overall not the best. Probably wouldnât go again.
This is a great spot. Older hotel with many upgrades. Staff super nice. Restaurant and bars were delicious and nice. My only complaint is the water wasnât hot enough, but otherwise a great stay!
The staff was super nice, but I was very disappointed that my family and my room was not next to each other. We were looking forward to conjoined rooms. Also there is no refrigerator at all. They did have an ice machine, but our room did not have a bucket. The water for the shower did not get hot. It was just warm. For the price, I feel like there could definitely have improvements.
