A deposit for the check-in is compulsory which is not the case in other hotels in Netherlands, the receptionist doesn't know how to process the payment, refund the deposit properly when making the check-out.
We have booked 3 same type of rooms, but the equipment was not the same, there was not coffee machine in a room, there were one in the others.
Also, the receptionist provided us 2 rooms at the grand floor which are quite noisy. It is better to not offer the rooms at the grand floor if the hotel really wants to improve the guests' experience.
