Not impressed on my first stay.
I arrived at 2am at the hotel with my daughter of two and half years old. And I had no one to help me with some luggage.
I had reserved a room with two beds; and I got a room with one double bed.
Their French was not very good and did not help things…since I have to stop in the same city on my way back, I will speak in English and I hope to have someone to help with the luggage.
On my second stay on the 21st August, I still did not have anyone to help with luggage. For a 4 star hotel not to have a concierge, I find this unacceptable!
I phoned the bar/restaurant but no one answered the phone and I tried several times; I than phoned reception but no one could speak French or English in early afternoon. Since I speak Spanish, I got what I wanted in the end…
The yang man responsible of the swimming pool is the only one I found with customer care awareness.
I feel that, the hotel management should invest in a customer care courses for their staff. It will make the customers and guests of the hotel fell welcomed!
The rest of the hotel, I found it quite good, comfortable and well placed.
