This was one of the worst hotel experiences I've had. My family and I had just flown back to the US from Brazil and we stayed in several types of places there, some nicer some not - but each was better than this.
The night front-desk clerk came across as careless and rude, the hotel was smelly and very dated. One of the sofa beds didn't have sheets on it. Adjacent rooms don't connect to each other, FYI.
Their breakfast is a coffee machine and a few oatmeal packets and hot water (which ran out, so it was lukewarm oatmeal for me), and muffins I'm told, but they were out.
The morning front-desk person, to her credit, did try to help. I'm surprised it is still in business.
They did have plenty of electrical outlets, which was nice, but that was the highlight of the experience.
In the morning, we talked to a couple who had a very similar experience.
