Just don't like the attitude of some of your employees during our journey here, especially in the VANA Spa. One of your employees counted the 3 hours as a stranger (almost 2K Sek) when i was part of the customers from the Hotel , i told her 3 times that i was from the Hotel forcing me giving my personnal data etc.
When i go back there to reclaim , another employee change it with sympathy and made apologizes. I don't know if i don't have the "standard look" for have those kind of services or to sleep in your Hotel, my
girlfriend and I, we fell really offended. And also the cleaning service let all the time during our journey the light on ALL THE DAMN DAY in our Room (i understand your policy of "We go green" right now , thanks) . Breakfast was good..... until this morning when we leave the hotel for the Airport , we have a take away and we mentioned specifically that my girlfriend has allergies to Bell Pepper ..... The result was that we have sandwiches who had Bell Pepper inside !!!! That was the bad side of your Hotel , location , food , bars/restaurants in the zone was good , that's probably the good side of your Hotel.
