First time I'm truly disappointed with an hotel from the Accor family. We check-in about 2h before the regular check-in timing and we had to pay a 30PLN "early" check-in fees (not sure Accor chain allows such a thing). After what, the receptionist told us that our reservation was not paid. I had to call hotels.com's customer service to make them call the "manager" and make sure that it's paid. Not a single apologise from the receptionist which after all, didn't talked to me in English but to my wife in Polish. Truly arrogant behaviour from such an hotel chain. The receptionist woman removed intentionally her name badge to make sure I won't complain about her. On another side, room was great, respecting the standard of Ibis chain, we had a good sleep. Underground parking was ridiculously narrow, far being convenient and the bending level of the parking slope made the front of the car touching the ground, so don't come here with a low profile coupe car. Next to this, you have to make "checked" your parking ticket each single time you want to come-in come-out of the parking, at the reception. Not convenient at all. I'll keep going to visit Accor hotels, but definitely not this Ibis, who doesn't have a welcoming staff and far respecting the standards of the Accor chain.
