Unfortunately, the experience was far from pleasant. Upon arrival, the front desk lady was not welcoming at all. She seemed disinterested and made the check-in process feel cold and uninviting.
We were given a wheelchair-accessible room, which was quite unusual in its layout. There was no basin inside the bathroom; instead, it was oddly placed in the hallway of the room. I have never stayed in a room like this before, and it felt really inconvenient and strange.
The biggest issue was with the room’s condition. The carpet was soaking wet, as if it had been washed but not properly dried. Our socks were instantly getting soaked, and we had to wear sandals just to walk around the room.
To make matters worse, when we entered the bathroom, it reeked of urine. The smell was overpowering and made the bathroom unusable until we addressed it ourselves, as already mentioned, the authority did not seem to be helpful. This was completely unacceptable and added to the overall discomfort of our stay.
Overall, this stay was disappointing, and I would not recommend this hotel to others. Basic cleanliness and room conditions were not met, and the customer service was lacking as well.
