So freaking mad!
I am absolutely disappointed in Hotels.com. i booked a trip to the Four Poi ts Sheraton in Yuma, Az, paid in advance, and purchased the insurance only to be told (and proven) by the hotel that my reservation was NEVER made with the hotel. So I call Hotels.com to get the issue fixed and was told that even though I did purchase the insurance the only way they could refund my purchase is if the Hotel Denies my reservation!! The hotel CANT deny the reservation because they never received it! I drove 4 hours here, planned on dinner and a seim eith the kiddos, we arrived at 6:15 and its currently 8:20 and kids are in the car asleep and the hotel is still on the phone with Hotels.com!!!
