Iâve used Expedia for many reservations in the past and intend to continue using them as I am a frequent traveler, but was very disappointed with this one. I reserved 4 rooms for the wrong day (Friday) when I meant to reserve for Saturday. Immediately I tried to cancel online and was unsuccessful, I called Expedia on 4 different occasions trying to change the date for the following day. I had to pay for another 4 rooms for the following day. When I got back to the states (Florida), I received an email stating the property would not refund my reservation or help me correct my mistake. I was disappointed in the way I was treated by Expedia and the hotel in what was supposed to be a simple solution to a common mistake. Since returning home Iâve made more reservations hoping this never happens to me again.đ
