Only one slight criticism, no information in the rooms regarding opening hours for breakfast, lunch etc, and checkout time, also no information on tours operating from the hotel. Apart from that I found the staff very efficient and helpful.
Comfortable one-night stay. The room was well furnished and in decent condition, though the AC was a bit tricky. Bathroom was very modern. The hotel has a nice decor, but some areas are showing signs of age. The pool area is nice and large, but could have been a but cleaner and needs new or more modern loungers and seating options. The food menu at the bar was limited, and the food was ok - not the best we had in Botswana, but not bad either.
There was a DJ by the pool that was very loud (as seems to be typical in Botswana) but this finished at around 22:00 so did not disturb our sleep.
There is no lift, but the staff did help by bringing our luggage up to our 1st floor room.
Very noisy on the street. Aircon is so noisy you have to turn it off. The restaurant was not open so you had to sit by the pool where some local DJ played loud music that was not to my liking. It was windy and cold. I believe the kitchen burnt down a while ago but noone informed me on booking. Left early...
