Great service, very clean and relatively new hotel. Bed is too soft. Breakfast was great. Overall, a great place if you're OK with a very soft bed. For me, I would have to choose differently next time.

The lady on duty the night we checked in was exceptional getting us assigned to another room. And away from noisy children and adults. First floor. We were moved to the fourth floor. The HVAC was noisy however it did occasionally drown out the street noise. Not a pleasant stay. Will not come back very disappointed.
The toilets are about 18 inches off the floor. The heating system is uncontrollable and varies between 68 and 74 degrees. The fan runs so loudly that it is difficult to get a good night's sleep. The TV control system did not work. The main problem is the desk clerk ADAMENTLY REFUSED to issue me a receipt upon check out. Which begs the the question as to why did I have two $50 dollar charges show up on my credit card. I had no incidentals on my stay. The answer I got was to take it up with the booking company Expedia.
I chose this hotel because I wanted a hot tub. The photos showed a hot tub, and when we got thereâŠ.NO hot tub. Very disappointed. Would have booked similar priced hotel if I had knownâŠ.
Upon check in the clerk said housekeeping is daily but yet the bed was never made. I had to ask to have made service towels were dropped off occasionally.
