Pleasant stay
The Best Western chain is an excellent choice for the money. Our ground floor room was extremely quiet and very comfortable. Pillows were too soft for my liking but my partner said they were fine. We were both surprised to find that there was not an in room refrigerator so we didn't look for a microwave since it would not be of use at that point. Our biggest complaint about the room was the shower curtain. It barely reaches from the shower bar to the lip of the tub so water spillage onto the floor was a given. They need to be made longer. Breakfast is provided and was very abundant. No hot meats but a good choice of cold items and a waffle maker. Location is excellent and for being on a main drag across from the railroad it was VERY quiet. Would stay again.

Very Nice Staff But Floors Were Dirty
The staff at check in was very nice and welcoming. It's a standard motel, which I don't mind. The beds were made up nicely, the linens felt/smelled clean, and the floors were laminate, not carpet—which is great. My only note is that the floors were so dirty that when I walked barefoot, my feet turned black. I have a toddler, so it was hard to keep her hands off the floor, which made the stay more stressful than it would have been otherwise.

I stayed in a double bed room...terrible smell of.mold ... Completely out dated ... air conditioner was placed just dew inches from one of the beds .. very uncomfortable! Had ro put a towel over the grid to avoid the ar to.come.right on my face while laying down! No fridge or microwave what was a big inconvenience with little kids ! So would not recommend

I was disappointed that our room was outside, like a motor lodge. No blackout curtains. Light fixtures directly outside the windows meant brightness in the room all night. Pillows were comfy but bed was rock hard. Room seemed updated but had a mildew smell. Breakfast was decent. Definitely not worth the $300 we paid to stay overnight while we attended a funeral.
