Old property, you would never get out if there was a fire. Had a spiral.staircase to go to the 2nd and 3rd floors. Hard to use with suitcases. We would definitely not stay again.
The rooms and corridors were always cleaned. Staff were very friendly.
The stair case is very narrow and circular, inconvinient when you have much luggage.
Hotel sign is not visible, very hard to see from the road, staff are nice, room clean, the bathroom is to small, no tables or chairs to sit, ok but average Hotel I would not stay here again or if you looking for reasonable rate would be ok
Sunseeker suited our needs as a low budget hotel within walking distance (20 minutes) to Suva CBD. We were given a lovely corner room with awesome views of Suva Harbour. We could not get our phone to connect to Netflix on the Smart TV but this was no big issue as we were only in the hotel to rest. There are two local restaurants across the road, one of which sells authentic Fijian food and is frequented by the hospital workers, excellent value for money. Overall a great experience with the hotel and staff⊠would stay there againđ±
LIKE:
Friendly staff and very helpful. Easy to get transport and location, view from room. Reasonable snacks, could add noodles.
UNIQUE:
Nothing really unique about about the hotel.
DISLIKE:
Access to get to rooms, unsafe with heavy suitcase going up the tiny stairs. No proper suitcase stand. Light switches out of reach, no ironing board,
It wsa in the red light area and felt a bit unsafe even during the day. Room was dirty and smelly, had a roach trap in it. No bar or restaurant. Sold beers but was so badly run it did not have anything to empty them with.
