The hotel was nice, but the checkin was quite a pain. I booked via expedia.fr and within a few hours they send le an email since they didnt ubderstood sole french. So i specifically told them i booked a "2 single beds" room.
When i arrived with my colleague, they gave us a "1 double bed" room. We went back to the lobby and happily changed the room. Again, it was a "1 double bed" room... So we wemt back and they didnt found another room. So they suggested that one of us sleep on the sofa. I m not sure irs quite professional to propose this to resolve the issue.
So we separated the double bed and asked for a second mattress cover and blanket, and they happily gave them to us.
They gave us, thats all. So here we are, at 11pm on a Sunday, after a long trip, separating the beds and doing our own beds in the hotel...
I m not sure I would call that a good service.
Except that, the rest of the stay was enjoyable, but if I book something, I expect to have it and I expect the hotel to resolve the issue in a proper way rather than proposing the sofa or letting the clients do their bed...
