8/10 Très bien

If you are an American make sure you have a translator to communicate with them. They hardly speak English if you need it. Also, make sure they are not overcharging you. In my case, I had a deluxe apartment for 4 people. My first two guests arrived two days earlier than me and they checked in. By the time I checked in with my other guests, they were telling me that I had to book another room. I explained to them that I booked a deluxe room for 4 people. They said I only had two guests on the list. I said regardless if it's two guests checking in they have to give me the room that I booked for 4 people. I explained to them what they did was that my first two guests arrived two days earlier than me and they placed them in a smaller room even if the room I booked was a room for 4 guests. In America if you book a penthouse suit and it is only you they still place you in the room you booked not place you in a smaller room. Also, they need to supply two extra towels and two extra pillows. Only one pillow was available. The bed is also hard. But overall they were nice and accommodating. Just make sure they are not playing in your face. Mind you once they notice someone is foreign they will try to overcharge you if you do not know how to stand up and explain yourself.
