I was unable to get any response from Hotels.com to help, despite multiple attempts. Only a chat box to help that was not responded to. I was told Tru Hilton front desk they would not help me because I used a third party, Hotels. Com. I ended up spending 5 hours trying to resolve this through Hiltin Honors that did actually respond. I wound up paying more for a complete other Hilton at midnight and zero refund or help from Tru Hilton. Tru overbooked two rooms I booked, paid, and had confirmation for, over a week before. Tru insisted I had only one room. I had my 15 year old son, and one player from his hockey team and my fiance and literally no room. The front desk was incredibly rude and on my third trip to the desk and three calls to Hiltom to resolve, after I was told there were no rooms, gave a room to a man in front of me. The attendant told him "its marked dirty, but Ill put you in it", AFTER she told me they were overbooked.
