The hotel has a lot of potential, but considering the price we paid, I was shocked by the following:
We booked a Junior Suite that was filthy, with stains all over the carpet. I was totally disgusted by what appeared to be bodily fluid stains, which is really unacceptable for nearly 300 euros per night!
There is only one complimentary bottle of water in the Junior Suite, two espresso pods, and no special amenities. If you want more water or coffee during your multi-day stay, you have to pay extra.
I had to call reception to get a hairdryer.
If you want a towel for the pool (located on the 6th floor), you have to go down to reception and leave a 20-euro deposit.
There is a spa, but even as a guest, you have to pay extra to use it.
The lady at the breakfast area is very nice but extremely loud, making it uncomfortable to witness her constant shouting.
It's a pity because the hotel staff is nice (we appreciated the Cava for my partner's birthday), but overall, it gives the impression that they are trying to be a high-standard hotel, yet it ultimately feels cheap.
