bad experience...
when I first booked through hotel.com for a non refundable flat, i was wrong on my date. Then i directly called the hotel and they were nice to change the date. They told me they had better room for which i had to pay an extra 60 aud, because they didn't have anymore free rooms.. which was wrong.. the hotel was almost empty. They knew i was arriving at 00h00, and, when i arrived, the room was completely frozen, the heater was turned off. In the morning, that receptionist was so cold when asked abut the check out.. First time i see a so early check out.. 10 am ! never seen that all over the world with all the hotels which i did, and i did quite a lot. So, because of the team, i will never go back again.
