I am giving this stay 4 stars (really 3.5) because the worst part about the stay was the check in. We arrived around 4:15pm or 4:20pm check in was at 3pm. I was told that they did not have a room available for me and my mother and that the wait may be approximately an hour. It was also shared that when I book through a 3rd party instead of through the direct website or be a rewards member that 3rd party bookings usually do not take priority over the aforementioned. I was confused at this statement because not only had I stayed I at this property before (which I booked through a 3rd party site) I have never experienced this problem before and I have been using 3rd party booking for years. So after approximately 50 minutes I was told that they finally had a room available for us. No actions were taken to compensate for the inconvenience at all. Staff members were nice and friendly and conversational but I am not sure where the ball was dropped with the check in process.
Our stay was amazing.. Everyone at the Hotel was so helpful and refreshingly nice. Our rooms were clean and well maintained. We rented 4 of the king suites with pullout sofa's. On our trip we had 6 children with us and they had a blast. This is a 10 out of 10 experience and hotel. We loved it.
