I do not understand these so called business hotel that do not offer a proper wi-fi service...
It says free wifi all over, but the thing does not work.
In the lobby it works 1 minute every ten minutes, and in the room no connexion at all- too far from the server!!
We were queuing to complain about this at the reception, and as I understand it, it is the same everyday- in other words, the owner knows his system does not work, but he does not care and still advertise his hotel as free wifi...
Very very bad experience, no compensation, no possibility to change room, and no possibility to be refunded to change hotel.
Wyndham garden is a joke of a hotel...and I do not mention the numerous spots on the floor of my "deluxe special" room....
