The stay was restful and much needed. Checking was easy and quick. Housekeeping was friendly and helpful with towels. All but one of the desk people was extremely nice and knowledgeable. The one with the really long dark pony tail needs to find a different job if she hates this one so bad, she was my only negative attitude. There are lots of folks with pets visiting so it may not be for you if you dont like dogs. The waffels in the breakfast room are a good reason for waking up in time to eat.
Room seemed quiet even though you could see the interstate. It wanât until people above decided to practice their clog dancing and a dog started barking in the early morning hours that we became disturbed with the room. Needless to say poor nightâs sleep before 3 1/2 hours drive home.
servicdee at front desk was great. We had trouble with internet for 4 of 5 days there. breakfast was better than some, was the same each day. The bath tub spout needs work, it is loose from the wall, room handicap 223 or close, as you get off elev. first room to the right. Other than that, no complaints.
Not a good experience. Do not use app. They give you the run around and are not customer oriented at all. You get passed from one organization to another claiming they are not responsible. Book directly w hotel instead. Although I would not recommend this hotel.
Our room was spotless and extremely comfortable. We definitely recommend Sleep Inn for its comfortable king bed suite with a roomy sitting area with large tv screen.
Disgusting condition of room. The rug looks like a crime scene with not tape. Shower was not cleaned from last guest. Their shampoo was still in there and nasty soap scum. The couch and chairs look like they were used in an x rated movie. Bed was lumpy and uncomfortable. The only thing good was the staff at the desk. Very nice people. The manager obviously does not tour the rooms. Iâve stayed here at least 5 times but no more.
