To whom it may concern,
I stayed at the hotel from March 18th to 20th. Upon my arrival, I observed that the hotel appeared to be quite crowded. During my stay, there was an incident involving another guest. Despite this, I continued with my visit.
However, later that evening, my husband, children, and grandchildren were trapped in an elevator for approximately 30 to 45 minutes. Unfortunately, there was a lack of urgency in addressing the situation. I was shocked and considered calling emergency services, but chose to allow the staff to handle the situation.
From that night until the end of our stay, the elevator remained out of service while we were on the fourth floor. I have a condition affecting my knee, and no accommodations or assistance were provided. No one from the hotel offered an apology for the inconvenience.
When I checked out, I requested a discount due to these issues. The staff member at the front desk assured me that the manager would contact me, but I have not yet received any communication. Despite multiple attempts to follow up, I have been told the manager is unavailable each time.
This experience was very disappointing, and I will not be returning to this hotel. I also intend to share my experience with others to inform them of my concerns.
