I was disappointed with the woman at the front desk. We checked in late at night and she said I only had a reservation for one room. I showed her a message from Hotels.com that I had two. She said they must have messed up. If she had just said, âperhaps kits under a different name?â I would have checked my son-in-lawâs name. We did get a room, but it cost me $60 more booking through the hotel. At least I didnât have to pay for the no-show!
We stayed 3 days in 3 rooms while visiting the Sequoia Natl Park. The rooms were clean. The water pressure was OK, and the AC worked well. The breakfast was good, especially the vanilla waffles. Would have liked more morning juice selections. The pool was kind of run down but usable. They made having our dog with us easy.
Everything was great except TV, you had to link it to your phone, hard for seniors who arent tech savvy. Front desk lady helped us find less expensive gas, being from Texas, gas price had sticker shock
