Not your "typical" Hilton. Choose something else.
I've always equated the name brand Hilton with upper quailty. Hmm.
The "people" aspect was great.
The elevator spacing is built wrong. The ingress/egress point is too tight. If someone wants to enter with luggage amd someone wants to exit with luggage the entering person has to move backwards 15 feet into the hallway. This can't be fixed. Just noted.
The bedding and furniture were clean. There were spots of something in the tub and nehind the toilet. The toilet is loose from the floor. A complimentary rack of soaps on the shower wall is improperly mounted, its right at elbow level. The water would NOT get hot, just lukewarm. The fridge bumps and thumps during the night disturbing sleep. No furniture is designed with a drawer so everything is in the open. The closet only provided space to hang 3 articles of clothing. The iron was dirty and spotted clothing specifically brought for this trip.The tv remote malfunctioned frequently. The free breakfast consisted of cereal or bagels. No warm food. The condiments have been stored in the freezer too long.
I was scheduled to stay 2 nights. I cut my stay to one. I will never use this business again.
