Interesting booking
This was an interesting experience. I booked a stay here or at least I thought I did for 6 nights. I received confirmation from Hotels.com and thought nothing else of it until I arrived and found out I had no room. In a panic I contacted Conestoga via Hotels.com. Nick from the property contacted me quickly and explained they never confirmed the reservation from Hotels.com but he worked with me to get a room for 3 nights. He was outstanding and worked with me during late hours. He also contacted Hotels.com on my behalf to try to straighten the situation out. The room itself was extremely clean and modern looking. Comfortable bed, great shower pressure and very spacious. Clean facility with ample parking. The walls are a little thin so you can possibly hear some snoring for example from other guests. But I would gladly stay here again just because of Nick’s customer service alone.
