BUYER BEWARE! You will pay in full for your stay and it is up to the owner to resolve disputes with the rental company. The owner does not care about this property.
This property was a major disappointment, other than its location. It has not been professionally cleaned in a very long time. Issues addressed with the property contact were replied with excuses and complaints about the owners negligence. After our stay we worked with rental company “Evolve” to find resolution for issues. At the owners discretion we were refunded less than 10% of the 6 night stay.
All amenities listed were unavailable
(ie: TV, HOT TUB, BBQ)
-Wasp nests surrounding the exterior of the entire property (>10) were told to retrieve spray from another property nearby and use it ourselves.
-Within 1hr of arrival, the entire family's feet were filthy, solution was someone arriving to then pour Ajax cleaner on a bath towel, drag it along the kitchen floor with their feet, then steaming over it leaving unrinsed sticky residue on all floor surfaces.
(Dust, debris, sand and hair found in all rooms including bathrooms).
-TV is Roku but no access (pin) to use any apps installed.
-Hot Tub was broken- The company that cleans it, told us it has been broken for months.
-BBQ/Grills: Caught fire had to use fire extinguisher after igniting (lack of maintenance/cleaning).
-Dishwasher is not installed properly, entire unit come outs of the cabinet when you open door.
-Murphy-style pull out bed was broken.
