Disappointing stay. The hotel clearly wasn’t ready to open or trained to handle guests. Upon arrival, there was confusion and a 30-minute wait, despite being told the room was ready. When we finally got the keys, the room was unprepared—no bedding, including for the pull-out, and low water pressure.
The room looked modern but lacked functionality: no lamps in the living area, very few outlets, and poor layout. Amenities were lacking—$6 for water is outrageous, the hot tub wasn’t hot, no towel station by the pool, and almost no outdoor trash bins.
The restaurant/bar was just opening and it showed. No drink availability, no menu prices, and food was cooked on a small outdoor grill. Service was slow and uncoordinated—flat soda, bad drinks, and long waits even though we were the only guests.
Breakfast was hard to locate due to lack of signage and the quality was mediocre. Chewy bacon and very minimal options. The splash pad needs safety improvements—my son tripped on slippery steps and I tripped multiple times over unmarked ramps.
This is not a luxury experience. It’s all style, no substance. Staff weren’t prepared, basics were missing, and safety was overlooked. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.
