Not Happy
I have already reviewed this in detail but one more time: I booked my room through Hotels.Com with the understanding that they offered a breakfast. However when I called to check before we went, there was no breakfast offered at that time of year just coffee. I asked for a refrigerator in my room as I have food allergies, but they could not accomodate unless I got an upgraded room to the tune of 225.extra. The front desk clerk tried to help but I ended up in the same room as I was unwilling to pay that amount extra, and Hotels. Com would not cover the upgrade. So not happy with the lack of updated information website provided re: breakfast.
