Never Again
We had a very disappointing stay due to multiple unresolved issues. We were locked out for nearly two hours on arrival due to a faulty keypad. The unit was dirty. There was hair in the shower, stained bedding, dusty floors, and leftover debris on the couch. We also found a dirty towel hanging on the back of the bathroom door. Despite repeated requests, proper cleaning and maintenance were never completed. The balcony door wouldn’t lock, the keypad failed again mid-stay, and the smoke detector battery was never replaced. Communication with management was poor throughout. Overall, the experience fell far below expectations. The property offered a laughable $270 refund.
