Husband had COVID-19 asked to cancel and requested a refund hotel said to contact hotel.com as they had our money. Did that and it's a week later with no yes no answer just an Im sorry email? We would have come and stayed had we known this was going to be the result, but this communication was not received before our trip.
The first evening there was a dog in the room next door that barked for over two hours (this was well after midnight) and it only stopped barking after the people returned to the room. The next evening it barked as well only not as late because the people got back to the room earlier that evening. We also had to have someone get the shower to work since it wouldn't turn on. I didn't want to break the pull tab on the faucet to get it started. When they came to look at it they also had to force it to pull up. They left it up so that it would work for us by just turning the water on.
We always stay at Hampton in Shakopee when we have the opportunity! One of the BEST! Super clean! Super friendly staff- they go above and beyond always! And the free breakfast is wonderful! Delicious, well maintained again super friendly staff. Beds are very comfortable also. We love it here. 10 stars.
