Excellent. Dans le Rhodes historique mais au calme. John est aux petits soins, trĂšs disponible (mĂȘme pour organiser un depart Ă  5h du matin a l'aeroport) avec de bons conseils. Petit dĂ©jeuner trĂšs agrĂ©able dans la cour. Bref, parfait. Perfect. In the historical Rodos but in a quiet little street. The rooms are large with small attentions (wine, coffee). John is very helpful and available, with great advices. Breakfast in the patio are a real pleasure. Just perfect

John, le propriétaire faisait des réno et malheureusement elles n'étaient pas complétées. Pour pas nuire à nos vacances il nous a transféré dans un autre super hotel sans frais supplémentaire. Merci John pour l'effort extra.

Petit hĂŽtel de charme

J'ai rĂ©servĂ© cet hĂŽtel pour une halte d'une nuit Ă  Rhodes et celĂ  m'a permis de rencontrer John, qui tient cet Ă©tablissement, et je peux dire avoir rarement Ă©tĂ© aussi bien acceuilli : John est venu nous chercher au taxi, a Ă©tĂ© aux petits soins pour nous pendant tout le sĂ©jour et c'est trĂšs trĂšs agrĂ©able. L'hĂŽtel quant Ă  lui est trĂšs bien placĂ©, au calme, tout en Ă©tant Ă  proximitĂ© immĂ©diate des monuments de la vieille ville. La chambre elle-mĂȘme Ă©tait propre et bien entretenue. Et nous avons bĂ©nĂ©ficiĂ© d'une cour trĂšs agrĂ©able pour le petit dĂ©jeuner, au demeurant bon et copieux, et pour se reposer Ă  l'ombre, tout simplement. Je recommande vivement cet hĂŽtel oĂč je retournerai avec garnd plaisir. A noter que des travaux d'embellissement et d'agrandissement sont prĂ©vu en hiver 2013-2014 et permmetra sans doute un acceuil encore meilleur !

Just perfect

2 night stay at this amazing hotel before we headed down to Lindos. Before we arrived we had lots of communication with George, and he arranged to meet us to assist with our luggage. Check in was the best experience, complimentary drink and lots of help and tips about the area. Clean room and fresh towels daily. The location was perfect for exploring the Old Town. Minutes walk from everything but in a quiet little street. Breakfast served in their lovely little courtyard and there was plenty to set you up for the day. When visiting again, we would definitely stay at this hotel. Especially for the location and hospitality. Thank you George.

Fantastic stay and service, we will be back!

Our stay was fantastic from start to finish, in a lovely peaceful location just a short walk away from the centre of Rhodes Old Town. The owner arranged a taxi for us from the airport, and we were greeted at the entrance to the old town with a golf buggy to take us and our baggage the rest of the way to the hotel. The room was gorgeous, had great air con, a spacious shower in our en-suite and a very comfortable bed. After getting some food in the town in the evening we were offered a glass of wine each on the house when we arrived back, and there was also a small bar where we had the opportunity to order more drinks if required. We sat in the private, secure courtyard in the evening with our drinks. Breakfast was included and was a great selection of pastries, meats, cheese, salad, fruit, yogurt and cereals, with teas and coffees, all of which were enjoyed in the sheltered courtyard. We were even offered a lift to the port for our ongoing ferry the next morning, we decided to walk through the old town but accepted the offer from George to meet us at the port with our luggage. Overall a fantastic stay and if we are ever in Rhodes again we will not hesitate to stay at Zacosta.

The most attentive, efficient, helpful, friendly and professional host (George and John) we were lucky to have during our stay. The property/room itself is tastefully decorated. We had lovely breakfasts, useful info/suggestion for transport/excursion, amazing help for solving issues and fun rides with the with the golf buggy pick-up/drop-off. A quiet luxury in the old town indeed :)

Absolute perfection

I can't say enough good things about this wonderful gem of a hotel. The rooms are so comfortable and clean and unique. George's warm hospitality went above and beyond starting from the moment he picked us up in an electric golf cart from the ferry terminal and all throughout our stay. The hotel is perfectly located in old town Rhodes and you can walk to so many restaurants, shopping and museums. When we go back to Rhodes Zacosta Hotel is where we'll always stay. I highly recommend spending time here.

We wanted to stay within the old town walls of Rhodes and the hotel was an excellent place to locate ourselves. The staff are amazingly attentive and helpful plus offer the services of their golf cart for pick up and drop off at the bus or taxi stand when departing as the old city alleys are too narrow for cars. The room was clean, well maintained and packed with character as you’d expect in such an old historic building and the addition of a coffee machine was welcome along with complimentary water. Breakfast was continental with plenty of coffee and fresh orange juice on request. I found there was a lack of consistent hot water for the shower in the morning but my partner took them in the evening and it was fine. Loved the breakfast and the only thing I’d add would maybe the choice of omelette or scrambled eggs. I can highly recommend a stay here

My wife and I stayed at the Zacosta Villa Hotel for 4 nights with our 4 year old son during the first week of April, when Rhodes was just reopening after winter. The owner John arranged our transfer from the airport and was on hand to collect us from our taxi stop on his electric golf cart for the short onward trip through the pedestrianised medieval city to the hotel. John and his colleague George were extremely welcoming and in the days that followed we were very well looked after by both of them. George in particular as the “morning guy” was our main point of contact. He oversaw a lovely continental breakfast and was available to provide any tips and help us with planning our stay. He very helpfully provided his personal number so we could ask his help via WhatsApp, and generously researched for us the options for a day trip to Lindos, facilitated a late check out on our day of departure (we were presumably lucky that there was no one arriving to take our room later that day), and booked a transfer back to the airport (with a further ride from John on his cart).
