Quite deceptive
The place generally LOOKS like the pics you see online. Then you realized most of it is superficial with many fixtures not working, keeping the olde shower curtains that dont reach far enough causing puddling in the floor, bedside lighting doesnt work and breakfasts are on par with prison.

Good place if you are on a budget
Staff was helpful (Jo) at the front desk was very helpful and attentive. Room was decent and carpets were clean. Fridge and microwave were convenient. The tv and bed are the only thing that made the trip unpleasant. Breakfast was bread only with water down coffee and juices but there is a Burger King right next door, walking distance. There are also a few lakes with a small park behind hotel if you need to walk in nature.

Bed was very noisy and uncomfortable. Room was clean, but not in great condition. Hallways smelled of pot which came into rooms at times. Ice machine broken, pool not open, terrible breakfast. Woman at the front desk was rude when we asked for ice. Met basic needs, but wouldn’t recommend.

Look you get what you pay for. Lesson learned. Location: no complaints, it was in a great location. Bed comfort: beds are hard with no give. Shower head: if you know...it was okay For being "renovated" and "non smoking" I'd use those lightly. It's a coat of paint, vinyl flooring and a shower piece. Seemed very 420 friendly which would be whatever normally but i had my young kid. Our room smelled very heavily of it. Couldn't use heater/ac/fan because it smelled absolutely terrible like cigarette smoke. TV didnt work, sink didn't drain well, door didn't close on own, liquid on the floor coming from outside?? Seems more like housing than motel. VERY loud between interstate and guests. This place still need ALOT of work. As much as I wanted to like this place upon entry, we were pretty disappointed.

Get what you pay for
They had received 8 in of snow in the morning that evening they still haven't shoveled any other sidewalks except by the front door the parking lot they plowed what they could with all the cars that were probably there when they tried plowing. The bathtub had mildew around it. Good location. It was a lower price than most.

Rooms were updated but carpet in hallways and stairs were not. My foot got caught on some frayed carpet and I feel down the stairs. I told the owner and said he should at least duct tape it so it doesn’t happen to someone else but he didn’t. I believe there was a language barrier. I also Left my son’s wrestling sweatshirt there with his name embroidered on the back but no one turned it in. I know for a fact it was there hanging on the back of the bathroom door but apparently housekeeping doesn’t turn stuff on. The breakfast was also terrible. Beds were comfortable and room was cheap.

Not worth the price
The water was barely warm. Kept running out of hot water. The bathtub was dirty. The breakfast was just unfrosted cornflakes, toast, bagels, water, milk, and I think it was apple juice. Front desk ppl weren’t very friendly. Advertised having an indoor pool and hot tub but it’s full of storage and office items. Several exits and entrances were not secure. There was a $100 security deposit that wasn’t mention on hotels.com

Good hotel
The hotel is nice, My girlfriend and I booked the room with a hot tub in it and it was awesome, however my girlfriend found a used bar of soap in the shower, once you get passed the lobby the carpet leading to the rooms is tearing and has stains all over it. our other concern was that the side doors had no security, anyone was able to walk into the hotel through the side doors at any time. Overall we had fun and we would probably go again. definetly has the potential to be a very nice hotel.
