"No one there at check in, had to wait for the person to appear for more than 10 minutes. Room not very clean, stank of smoke., Very tired and due to the lack of response from reception I decided to open the window and put up with it. "
"Dear Hotel Manager,
Upon arrival on a business trip, the receptionist did not inform me that my room had no air conditioning but was instead heated — in May.
I was required to PAY AT CHECK-IN, which I usually never do, and only after payment was I able to see the room.
To my surprise, it was extremely hot — 29°C inside.
Reception said they couldn’t help and advised me to find another hotel myself at 8 PM.
The assistant admitted other guests had complained, and the issue was known. That´s why they recquired payment at check-in only. IT IS FRAUD.
After a tense exchange, I was refunded, with manager’s comment on invoice as “ wished to leave five minutes after seeing the room."..
This experience was disappointing and felt dishonest. I expect better transparency and service.

Seul bémol, nous ne pouvons pas ouvrir la fenêtre de la chambre. Le petit déjeuner est bon et varié, beaucoup de choix en salé (moins en sucré: confitures, miel, sirop d'érable, viennoiseries, fruits frais, pains). A pied, comptez 20 mn de marche pour le centre.
