Would definitely stay at this hotel again. I declined having the room cleaned for the first two days but had them come in and clean on the third day. I had already straightened pretty well but they had re-straightened everything and it looked amazing. The staff is Amazing and the hotel is excellent.
Got our first room, it smelled, the lines were dirty, refrigerator and lamps didnât work. It was late and we were tired from traveling, but I called front desk and he switched us to a different room immediately. Next room was cleaner, everything worked and smelt a whole lot better!
The indoor pool was freezing, and the jacuzzi was barely lukewarm. The walls were so thin that I could hear the cleaning crew vacuuming and working for hours. To make matters worse, I was told the chips at the front desk were $2, but my credit card was charged $3 for a small bag of Doritos â what a rip-off! I wouldnât return or recommend this place.
Very clean hotel good hot water, front desk was friendly. They offer a buffet for $14 they have bar, easy access to shopping & dinning. About 10 minutes to midtown and about 15 minutes to downtown.
Lacking in customer service. Expect to wait at check in for an extended period. Wait at checkout. Do not expect customer service from anyone in authority there.
There are far better options for hotels in OKC than this one.
We specifically asked if the spa was working and properly. We arrived to it being under maintenance. When it did open it did not function properly. It was cold and the jets barely worked. We were also suprised to be charged for breakfast. Most hiltons have complimentary breakfast.
