Everything was nice - clean, cool, comfortable room. Exactly what we were looking for. Friendly, helpful staff. But, the restaurant that appeared to be attached was terrible and we had to travel 7 or 8 miles farther up the road to find a Subway for dinner.
Room was dirty, there was no shower curtain, and the whole area was pretty sketchy with people obviously on drugs outside the hotel all night. At breakfast, the apple juice had fermented.
If we were to stay here again, weâd bring earplugs to wear at night. Like many have pointed out in their reviews, the hotel sits along a busy highway and its very noisy. It would be nice if they invested in nose barrier materials. The breakfast was a non starter for us and the sink looked like it hadnât been clean as there was hair in the sink.
You should know that this hotel is right next to I-40. This was convenient, but also louder than expected at night. The property is old, but updated, well-maintained, clean, with comfortable beds. For my purposes, I would likely stay here again. I wanted to be close to the Petrified National Forest, and it was.
The rooms were spectacular. The shower was amazing with the rainfall showerhead. Kisha was extremely polite and helpful. We would recommend this place to everyone.
Very convenient - close to petrified forest. Clean rooms. The water smells and tastes weird here, so bring water if possible. Highway truck noise (whooshing) all night as it's right off the freeway. Hot breakfast with eggs, meat, bagels, cereal, yogurt.
I was a little worried when we pulled up, the property is older...but when I opened the door to our room all my worries vanished. The room was big, the bed was bug and comfy, the shower was great and breakfast was good too.
