I had reserved a “Studio with balcony” for myself and my sister (2 adults). The hotel describes this studio as appropriate to sleep up to four adults and it is supposed to include one double bed and two single bed.
First, the description of the beds is not accurate. The studio included one double bed and two sofas! They consider the two sofas as single beds!
Second, when we included my 17-year old niece in the trip, the hotel demanded that we pay an extra 10 euro fee for Extra bed, although no extra bed was added to the studio. My sister slept on the double bed and I used one of the two sofas. My niece slept on the double bed together with my sister. At the end of the stay, we were asked to pay an extra 40 euros for the “Extra bed” because of my 17-year old niece. They also asked us to pay them directly and not through the Expedia web site. We told them that this is not according to the description of the hotel in the Expedia web site. The Expedia web site of this hotel states the following:
