After booking a superior room for our honeymoon we were put un a so-called loft, as all rooms already occupied according to the reception. Lack of capacity & attitude of the people at reception to answer or satisfy the customer; we were referred to a manager who was not available( and we never saw) to solve our problems.
The "Loft" is an old family room with out dated kitchen, decrépit furniture, poo lights, broken tiles...terrible place.
Second night, once they were liberales, we were moved to the room we booked un the new part of the hotel. Those are good, clean rooms.
Cherry on the top, they try to applied a conversión rate with the USD never seen in the 3 weeks vacation in Argentina. We got reimboursed the difference after several complains and approval of the never present manager.
Poor breakfast with bad quality bread, juice mixed with water not corresponding to the pricey and upscale (for the village) restaurant they set at the same place the evenings.
Bleached and not all the time cleaned towels offered at the pool area, makes this place one to be avoided.
