The rooms were very nice and modern, the pool and the views were beautiful. The hotel itself is really nice and is located walking distance to Oia.
However, the service is not so good.
We stayed in the hotel for 3 nights, and because we made 3 separate reservations under the same name, they made us change rooms every single night. We were upset about the situation as it was very inconvenient to have to move every day, and also given Covid we would have felt safer staying in the same room all along. We asked the reception if they could keep us in the same room, but they did not try to accommodate or do anything about it. It would have been nice to get even a small gesture, but they did not do anything, which is surprising for a « luxury » hotel.
We stayed in 2 different Deluxe rooms and in the Premier room. Unfortunately we did not sleep so well due to the noise (in the Deluxe rooms, the hot tub makes noises all night, and in the Premier room the walls are rather thin).
The breakfast was not good. They offer only different variations of eggs and toast (no omelettes, no pancakes or anything). We ordered Fresh Fruit thinking we would get a fruit salad and they just served us an entire, uncut, unpeeled kiwi on a plate. The food is not made in the hotel, it all seems to be delivered and reheated.
Overall, the hotel is very beautiful but the service could be a lot better and the breakfast is not good.
