Think about it
I had a really frustrating experience at this hotel. Check-in took 30 minutes, not just because there were people ahead of me, but because the receptionist was painfully slow. I had two reservations, which she saw, yet the next day when I returned from an early morning excursion, I had to check in again. Another 20-minute wait, filling out the same form, only for her to ask me if I wanted the same room—when I had never even checked out in the first place!
To make matters worse, I’m in a wheelchair and using crutches. I specifically requested a room near the elevator for obvious reasons. What did they do? Gave me a room halfway down the hallway.
When leaving Aerocity, someone charged me for something—I don’t know who or what—but they wouldn’t let us leave without paying. In the end, I gave them the 20 rupees I had, and they let us go. Overall, it was a horrible experience.
The only reason I would ever stay here again is because it’s in Aerocity. But for the service and treatment? Absolutely not.
