This is a satellite hotel of Hotel Campo de’ Fiori, so there is no reception staff on site, but they are available through email and WhatsApp, and they are very responsive to any request. Our bath water was lukewarm on arrival; they fixed it the next morning. Our unit had a lovely soaking bathtub that was perfect after 20k steps, but other units have only a shower. The beds are extra firm; I have a sleep number bed set at 65 and this was firmer than that. I was counting on doing laundry, but there is no self-service laundry on site. There is a service a few doors down, open 8-5, which did not work with our touring plan. Otherwise, everything was clean and in good working order, and we had a very pleasant stay. There are plenty of food options in the immediate area, and the Colosseum and the Vatican are each about a mile away, in opposite directions. The Trevi fountain is about an 8-minute stroll. I would email the hotel after booking so they have direct communication with you. Hotels.com did not coordinate that well. I liked this hotel.
