I donât know if Iâll call this a hotel. Itâs a room inside a room in one of the Hong Kong cheap housing mansions. A 16 story building with only one elevator. The room is extremely small. Itâs clean though. Really strictly people in that building. Locals advised me to get away ASAP because itâs a dangerous place. I just stayed for one night.
This is not a good neighborhood. We are regularly approached by persons to sell diffentes things (sometimes not really correct). We do not feel safe in this building and this neighborhood. The building, the room, the corridor is very poor. We could easily make a horror or suspense movie at this place.
Room is small but clean. Fridge and safe inside room. Microwave and natural spring water distributor next to room. Beware of the annoying people outside the mansion though.
Acceptable place to stay in a very convenient location. Sheets weren't clean and bathroom facilities weren't in good condition but check-in and out was very easy. Staff are friendly. There are better places to stay in Hong Kong for cheaper prices, but there are also worse ones out there.
Normally, I wouldn't stay at this property because the room is a stereotypical Hong Kong coffin apartment but I stayed in the city during a national holiday thus I needed to save some money. It was cheap but the internet wouldn't work in my room but it functioned in the hallway. The bathroom knob was completely rusted from the shower and I truly feared a tetanus shot if I got cut by it. The location was great in the heart of Kowloon. Overall, the stay was fine because I realize that you get what you pay for.
