Arrived into this hotel after booking 2 months before and paid my stay no one in reception the code given to me by email didn't work as the hotel system says hotel fully booked, so my room was double sold Me and my family arrived from a long journey to sleep on a petrol station with a room paid for a deserved rest The contact number on the door didn't work, no one wanser and my booking wasn't available Not a good service for sure Not again, still haven't any contact or reimbursement from this group, neither a explanation Not again, 3 people have to sleep on a car after 14 hours driving Shameless

Notre séjour s'est bien passé sauf que nous avons payé 2 fois , une fois à la réservation et une fois à l’hôtel malgré nos remarques...Nous attendons toujours notre remboursement...C'est désagréable de vouloir profiter un peu et d'avoir ce genre de contrariété ! La personne qui nous a reçu le premier jour etait accueillante avec le sourir. On sentait que nous etions attendues. Elle nous a fonner de tres bonnes explications ce qui a facilité notre sejour(restaurant, visite centre ville...) les petits dejeuner etaient varier et copieux. La chambre bof serviettes en mauvais etat. Les chambres sont vetustes ainsi que les televiseurs (son fuyant, image foncée des que lon est allongé...)quand au wifi???
