The older lady who checked us in was so nice. She was like a grandma. There was a confusion about our reservation. In the end she gave us keys to the available rooms and we picked from there. The room had insufficient lighting. But it was spacious and comfortable. In the morning before checkout, everything shut off. I had to talk to housekeeping to turn everything back on. They were kicking us out earlier. And 30 minutes before checkout an older man called on the phone and screamed checkout! I mean why bother stating a checkout time if youâre going to kick out guests earlier anyway?
This property was good. The check in was difficult for the person didnât speak English but she was friendly. The room was nice only thing it was full of mosquitos due to a broken window screen. No amenities and dark.
The male staff at night shift is so rude every time I asked for assistance.
- Electrical outlets are not working. No one fix the issue. I have to bring the electric kettle at the lobby for me to be able to use it and boil water. I have to use an outlet in the lobby which is I have to set it on the floor and not on a table.
- The toilet clogged and I have to use the plunger myself. Until I asked for more assistance, he grabbed a different tool to fix the problem.
- The male staff got mad for having garbage inside their trash can in the room. I think thatâs the purpose of a teach can is to place your garbage inside.
I will never recommend not book at this hotel anymore. I will make sure that this kind of customer service will be heard by the entire world.
THE STAFF, LOCATION AND CONDITION WERE EXCELLENT. FREE FLOW OF COFFEE AND MINERAL WATER 24 HOURS. ALTHOUGH BREAKFAST WAS SIMPLE AND COMMUNICATION A PROBLEM, FULLY RECOMMENDED. EVERYTHING YOU NEED AS A TOURIST IS WITHIN REACH. NAMPODONG IS THE AREA TO STAY.
