Horrible Experience.
•NOT A HOTEL! BOOK AT YOUR OWN RISK
•Unclear instructions that upon arrival you would need to call the "agent" for your room.
•Number stated was unreachable, forcing us to call Expedia.sg (calling back to SG = expensive) to get another contact number.
•The service was unacceptable, when we got through to the number that was given to us by Expedia.sg the person was rude and had absolutely no manners asking us "so what you want me to do! " when We only asked where we should go to check in.
•Pictures on Expedia are totally different from what the room actually looks like. (Yellow sheets, old dirty furniture (that looks like they would have bugs in them), dingy and dark. What was worse was that it was filled with the stale stench of cigarettes)
•Was promised to check in at 2pm but was delayed and was only greeted with a unmade room at 3pm.
•We cancelled our reservation upon looking at the state of the room. The room is not worth saving that extra $100-200 for comfort and service.
