During our 3-night stay as a couple, our overall experience at the hotel fell short of our expectations.
The hotel's location, perched on a picturesque cliff with stunning views and a lovely pool, had the potential to create a memorable getaway.
However, our disappointment was primarily because of the service provided. First, there was a smell of cigarette smoke throughout the hotel. We were provided with only two minuscule shampoo sachets, similar to ketchup packets given that there were 2 of us, we needed at least 4. When we requested more, the staff insisted that what was in our room was enough.
Furthermore, the breakfast offered at the hotel was disappointingly limited in variety.
While we were requested to leave the keys at the reception which we were okay with, the receptionist became noticeably impatient and somewhat impolite when we needed to access our room multiple times during the day.
Going to the pool, we were told that we were not allowed to move the umbrellas to sit in the shades. Also, as everyone was enjoying the sunset at the pool, we were all asked to leave before it. The opening hours of the pool seemed short for us.
In short, the view is nice, but our experience wasn't
