It had a railway ambience and some historical value and can hear the sound of rain on the roof. Far from the freeway but close to the centre of town and easy walk to shops and restaurants.
Okay for an overnight stay, thats it tho.
Walking distance to town amenities. Bowling club sub 200m away. Converted railway workers quarters. Beds very firm. Wifi slow speeds due to brick walls, manager suggested hot spot. No toaster, just kettle n mini fridge.
This place is great for a stopover when travelling. Itâs definitely quirky which is fine adding a bit of interest. The owners were helpful and accommodating of late check in. Itâs basic but everything in the room was very clean. I would stay again. Thank you for a pleasant stay.
