Its not the first time I've stayed there (the Palms, Trinidad) i call it my 2nd home. Staff are amazingly friend. Room service is on point & the cleanliness is faultless. I would highly recommend. I staff for weeks at a time. There's plenty of delicious eateries around (minutes walk)
Although i love staying at the hotel the only disappointment I had was the restaurant, which has been taken over by Tropical Hand. I was not impressed with this company. There are 2 separate companies & i hope this does nit bring the hotel down
The staff was lovely. However the quality of the room does not match the price considering on that same day a big brand Hotel was 20 more .. we were expecting at least a similar room experience considering such a minimal price difference.
Everything was good about the Property, the only complaint i will share is the table and chairs in the breakfast area needs 2 be a bit more sturdy. Almost spilled my hot tea all over my legs
Very dated and looks like an old apartment building. Bathroom shower tile looked old and dirty. Looks like all the money went into the Spa area. EXTREMELY noisy all night!! Doors slamming, loud talking and not to mention the road and traffic noise you hear all night! Only large towels provided. No small wash cloths or anything! The standard room was really small with only a bed and nightstand and tv. Looks like a dated guestroom in someoneâs house. Only good for a quick overnight stay nothing more! Hotel staff isnât friendly either.
My stay was average. The hotel is average but its location, close to two malls and restaurants is excellent. I was disappointed that there was no kettle, cups etc. in the room.
Excellent staff and a great little place. Rooms very clean and air conditioned. Showers were great. Pool is small but good. Hot breakfast is nice as well. They have in house masseuse and itâs great.
