There is no mention in the property details that it is unsuitable for people with limited mobility. You need to climb a stone staircase with only a partial handrail to get to the lift.
Our room (no 5) had a square platform in one corner, so that you had to step up and back down to get to the bed and sofa! Not easy to remember during the night when you need the bathroom, which is the oy
The location is on a very busy square with traffic noise all night, so we didn't sleep very well.
I splashed water on the bathroom floor and wiped it up with toilet paper, the tissue was filthy afterwards!
The staff are very friendly and helpful with advice on the places to visit and transport.
The breakfast was nice, cereal, yoghurt, eggs, toast, different flavour croissants, cake and tea, coffee and fruit juice.
I would have given this hotel only 2 stars, but the staff deserve 3 stars.
